I’ve been repeatedly told that I have a very pleasant “phone voice” and I have, over the years, put it to very good use. My experiences include scripting and narrating phone messages for voicemail boxes and auto attendant recordings, podcasts as well as call center jobs. Here are a few voice samples:

Rates & Payment

I like to keep it simple and affordable. $20 for each minute increment. Partial increments are rounded up to the nearest minute. This is regardless of type. So it’s the same per minute charge for telephone system recordings, audio books, commercial, etc. I prefer conducting business through Elance but can invoice you if necessary. I accept all major credit cards.

Delivery Time

In most cases the turn around time is between 1 to 3 days. It all depends on the length of the recording.

File Types

What you get is your choice of audio file (AIF, MP3, WAV) output in segments or as a single file, depending on your preference.

Editing & Mixing

Projects are recorded and edited using Audacity or similar recording software. I don’t typically add music or effects to recordings. If you need more than a basic audio track I may not be able to accommodate you.

Script

If you need a script written, charges will vary and are based on the project. If you have written a script I can make the necessary edits at no additional cost. However, if I have to write or rewrite the script, that can be negotiated.

Terms and Conditions

All major credit cards are accepted as well as ACH payments. Billing terms are negotiable and can be weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. We use FreshBooks for our invoicing and time tracking. Upon receipt of payment you will be contacted within 1 business day in order to discuss the specifics of your order. During that time you may email or fax (706.383.7727) the necessary documents or additional comments or questions that you may have. Once we have spoken or corresponded with you via email you will receive your order in the specified format (if applicable) within 48 hours (unless otherwise stated). If you are dissatisfied with your order or the service you received please let us know within 24 hours or receipt.
