It’s much easier than you think and more often than not you can actually set a budget that doesn’t change from month to month. Here’s a tip, many utility companies offer set billing such as Budget Bills or Flat Bills. What this means is that you can pay the same amount each month. Additionally, there are resources on many of those bills that show you your usage for the course of a year, this also assists you in gauging how much your bill will likely be.

We understand how intimidating and daunting creating a budget can be and we can certainly help you. We make it easy to understand and use in a manner that doesn’t disrupt your life. It’s one thing to know that you need to do a budget and yet another in actually getting it done.

For $50 we provide you with a budget (electronic and hard copy) and assist you (if desired) with understanding online bill pay and the benefits to doing automatic payments. We create it in Excel so you can edit it as you desire. There’s no need to share any of your confidential information with us. We’ll walk you through developing and maintaining a personalized budget and get you on your way to a more financially organized you!

Need a professionally created invoice and someone to keep track of them? There’s no job too small. If you need to create an invoice for someone we can do it for you. Each invoice created is $5 and this includes emailing, faxing or sending it via first class domestic mail (add $1 for delivery confirmation). You will also receive an electronic and/or hard copy of the invoice for your records.

Terms and Conditions

All major credit cards are accepted as well as ACH payments. Billing terms are negotiable and can be weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. We use FreshBooks for our invoicing and time tracking. Upon receipt of payment you will be contacted within 1 business day in order to discuss the specifics of your order. During that time you may email or fax (706.383.7727) the necessary documents or additional comments or questions that you may have. Once we have spoken or corresponded with you via email you will receive your order in the specified format (if applicable) within 48 hours (unless otherwise stated). If you are dissatisfied with your order or the service you received please let us know within 24 hours or receipt.
