Terms and Conditions

All major credit cards are accepted as well as ACH payments. Billing terms are negotiable and can be weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. We use FreshBooks for our invoicing and time tracking. Upon receipt of payment you will be contacted within 1 business day in order to discuss the specifics of your order. During that time you may email or fax (706.383.7727) the necessary documents or additional comments or questions that you may have. Once we have spoken or corresponded with you via email you will receive your order in the specified format (if applicable) within 48 hours (unless otherwise stated). If you are dissatisfied with your order or the service you received please let us know within 24 hours or receipt.
