Terms and Conditions
Clients may be required to sign a Service Agreement dependent upon the scope of work. All major credit cards are accepted as well as ACH payments. Billing terms are negotiable and can be weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. I use FreshBooks for invoicing and time tracking. Upon receipt of payment, you will be contacted within 1 business day in order to discuss the specifics of your order. During that time, you may email or fax (706.383.7727) the necessary documents or additional comments or questions that you may have. Once I have spoken or corresponded with you via email you will receive your order in the specified format (if applicable) within 48 hours (unless otherwise stated). If you are dissatisfied with your order or the service you received, please let me know within 24 hours of receipt of your final deliverable.
